Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Adbloop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to the Adbloop Google Sheets™ Add-on and the website at adbloop.com.

2. Description of Service

Adbloop is a Google Sheets™ Add-on that enables users to create, manage, and analyze Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns directly from Google Sheets™. The Service connects to Meta's Marketing API using credentials you provide and stores all data within your Google account.

3. Account Requirements

To use Adbloop, you must:

• Have a valid Google Workspace or Google account
• Have a Meta Business Manager account with at least one ad account
• Have a valid Meta access token with appropriate permissions
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Comply with Meta's Advertising Policies and Terms of Service

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Adbloop offers Free, Pro (₹999/month), Agency (₹2,999/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing) plans. Paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

Payments are processed by Stripe (international) and Razorpay (India). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at your selected billing interval (monthly or annual).

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period, except during the first 30 days of a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Meta's Advertising Policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is provided
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to send spam, misleading ads, or prohibited content

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Campaign data, Meta tokens, and creative assets are stored in your Google account, not on our servers. We are not responsible for data you choose to share or make public through Meta's advertising platform.

7. Meta API Dependency

Adbloop relies on Meta's Marketing API. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or deprecations by Meta that may affect the Service. We make reasonable efforts to maintain API compatibility (currently v24.0 with 107+ documented fixes), but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party API changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Adbloop, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Nishith Pandya. Pro and Agency subscribers who receive source code access may modify it for personal/business use but may not redistribute or resell it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adbloop and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, ad spend, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that campaigns created through Adbloop will be approved by Meta, achieve specific results, or be error-free.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your data remains in your Google account — we do not delete your spreadsheets or Google Drive files.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
